Our Story
Built on Long Island. Started at 18.
I'm Brendan Cronin, founder of CareXo.
I started building CareXo at 18 on Long Island, New York, with a simple goal: make finding a healthcare provider and taking the first step toward care feel easier.
The story so farThe reason
Why I built CareXo.
Finding care can mean piecing together information from different websites, checking what a provider offers, and trying to understand the next step.
I wanted CareXo to bring those details into a clearer experience: a place to compare providers and send a request without losing sight of the person or practice on the other end.
CareXo helps with discovery and the first connection. The provider still reviews each request and confirms the appointment directly.
The work
Built from the ground up.
I've personally built and developed the platform, from the patient experience to the tools providers use to manage their presence on CareXo.
That work is iterative: build, listen, test, and refine. The aim is not to add more steps, but to make each step easier to understand.
The conversations
Built one provider at a time.
Building the platform has also meant going office-to-office, meeting healthcare providers and listening to what makes receiving a new patient request easier or harder.
Those conversations have directly shaped CareXo's direction. Clear information, useful requests, and a manageable experience for an independent practice matter as much as a smooth patient experience.
I want the product to reflect how offices actually work, not just how a workflow looks on a screen.
The vision
Where CareXo is going.
Our long-term vision is for CareXo to become a trusted destination people turn to when they need to find healthcare. A place to understand their options, discover appropriate providers, and take a clearer next step.
It starts with making that experience useful today, then learning from the patients and practices who use it.
Your next step
Find care with CareXo.
A clearer place to start, with providers who confirm the next step directly.
